Sulaiman AlQahtani has been a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee since March 2025. With a distinguished career in finance and audit, he has contributed to the growth and governance of several leading organisations. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Al-Hilal Club and has held senior positions at Growth Avenues Investment Company, Maharah Human Resources Company, and House of National Consulting Company.

Ibrahim Al-Suhaibani joined the Board 2023 and chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. He is Executive Management Consultant at Alamar Foods Company and Co-founder of Terra Company. Ibrahim brings extensive marketing experience from his leadership roles at Alamar Foods and Abdulkadir Al-Muhaidib and Sons.

Basil Al-Essa has been a Board Member since March 2025 and serves on the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. He is the Managing Partner at Efficiency of Administrative Operations (PEM Strategy) and has a strong background in strategic management and organizational performance in the F&B sector.

Kamel El-Khatib has served on the Board and Executive Committee since March 2023. Abdulsalam Al-Arifi joined the Board in 2014 and serves on both the Executive and Remuneration & Nomination Committees. He is Executive Vice President of Planning and Development at Al-Moallem Holding Company and previously held leadership positions at Al-Obeikan Commercial Printing Company, National Industries Company, and Al-Otair Plastics Factory.

Mohammed Al-Moallem has been a Board Member and CEO since 2014. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Group in 2024 after holding several key positions, including General Manager, Executive Director, and Branch Manager. Mohammed also served as Executive Director of My Mart Company.
